The self-catering facilities in the apartments were quite handy, allowing for easy meal prep after a long day. The clean and spacious layout of the room, along with a spectacular view from the balcony, made for a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, the outdated decor throughout the property left a lot to be desired, making the place feel less inviting. There were also consistent reports of poor WiFi connectivity, which was frustrating given the need for internet access while traveling. Noise disturbances from the nearby roads during the night impacted the otherwise calm atmosphere, and maintenance issues like ineffective air conditioning and plumbing problems added to the discomfort. several guests faced complications with their bookings and misinformation about room types, which is concerning for anyone planning a stay.

We had a fantastic group getaway! The small kitchen was super handy for us. We enjoyed sunbathing on the balcony and loved breakfast at the cozy restaurant downstairs. We visited Pattichion Amphitheatre and had fun at the Larnaca Tennis Club. I recommend this spot for a longer stay to enjoy everything it has to offer.
The bathroom could use a little freshening up. It wasn't a big issue, but it was noticeable.

The hospitality was lacking during my stay. There were interruptions of electricity, including a day-long outage that left guests in the cold reception area without any support from staff. Thankfully, a nearby establishment provided a warm drink and even a room to prepare for an event that I ultimately missed. the hamburgers were enjoyable and the free Wi-Fi was a nice perk.
